Bruce probably said look Stevie I am putting you on the Springsteen diet plan and you can come down the gym with me,also can’t you tone down the headgear a bit, this is a serious rock show 😮
since bruce was popping off about how great his show was as a reason for ticket prices, he probably put the band on notice that they better be ready to put their money where bruce's mouth it
@@cascadepaint24 We went to the 1988 Orange Bowl, which was the National Championship game between Oklahoma and Miami. Went to the Miami U Athletic Dept building 2 days before the game, this older couple were trying to return their tickets on behalf of their son, a Mismi student, just had his appendix removed. We bought the tickets for $15 each, which was the student ticket price. Seats were 15 yard line, pretty high up, we could see all the action at our end of the field. Now Orange Bowl tickets costs $100s. I remember Oklahoma had this giant covered wagon the “Sooner Schooner” that tore up the field. Meeting the parents trying to return the tickets was a purely chance encounter. Since we were just visiting Miami we took public transportation to the game, which cost almost nothing. There were all these Miami students around us who didn’t know the kid had an emergency appendectomy so we were saying yeah, you guys didn’t hear, and they were saying no we didn’t. Good memories. But today those same parents would sell the tickets on seatgeek for probably $1000.

550 Million was not enough for me, gotta screw all my fans for ticket prices now. Me and Biden are best friends! I no longer represent the working man, and my long term site Backstreets even dumped me. Thanks for all the recents for overpaying to see me.
Poor singing voice. Band is mediocre and he panders to the crowd too much. The drummer hits the same beat all the time. Not worth the high ticket prices.
Bruce Springsteen is and always been lame. He might be a great guy personally but his music is boring. His band acts like they are great but they are just playing boring stale music. I just don't get what people love about his music.
@@bluesguitar1973 I made the comment because the Springsteen I was able to see in the 70s and 80s was a incredibly vibrant performer with a great band behind him….he has now gotten old and has nowhere near the same energy or band he used to have….you may not like his music…his sound…his incredible lyrics….composition…..the fantastic musicians in the E street band…..everyone has a opinion….just like I imagine your a little dick who has not a fucking clue of the talent that man possesses….whether it’s your cup a tea is one thing….but there is no doubt your a little fucktard.
