Apparently they were supposed to debut with the song All I Need Is You but they decided to postpone it and promote their pre-debut song NOM as their debut (that's why in All I Need is You's MV they look so young).
It might be my bad for misreading but I heard NOM was indeed a predebut single they just promoted, debuted with Blockbuster. So I'm sorry for the mishap.
