Like I said in this video, and my past video, Yondu has still yet to even admit that he recasted the Mad bug sculpt. All the proof anyone could ever want is on his Instagram, and out in the custom community via pictures, etc., but people still choose to ignore it, and many simply don’t care, because they don’t want to. Yondu could gain some respect in the custom community back, by admitting that he came into this hobby the wrong way, and also concede his mistakes, but he’ll never do it. He can sculpt these heads live to prove that he is not stealing other peoples work, but he also chooses to refuse that as well. And why would he anyway, because most of the people that buy from him don’t give a shit in the first place. It’s sad man.

So I'm watching this video as just a spectator. @22:16 , from what I see pausing the video and staring at bold sculpts. They are totally different. The mask area under the chin going down the front of the neck is shorter on the sculpt on the right. The line on the cheeks on the left hand side of the picture is different from sculpt to sculpt. The eye holes are different. That's what I see. I want to put this out there too, these people are copying a 1:1 scale latex mask . Of course they're going to look similar because they're trying to copy what it looks like. That is all and no disrespect to anyone. I've been in this hobby very long time. Since 2009

The sad thing is that people will continue to support him and other recasters because they don’t care about the hard work and time that the original artist put into the product. They just want the cheap version and don’t want to pay for the premium that the product deserves. You won’t find anything from this guy or other recasters in my collection!
This is the side of collecting I can't stand and puts me off social media and UA-cam. Not jumping sides (none of my business - don't care), but who cares if he recast in the past (if true). Could be modified. Could be fully his own work (after all, if things are similar, it may mean that both are on point to the actual character). I am an artist myself (drawing) and I see people stealing, making copies etc all over. One of those things, out of my control, but I don't share the hate. If someone wants something I draw (great), if someone wants to buy a copy (great - least they like the work. Won't be as good as the original, but I am pleased they have it. After all, for me, everyone should be able to obtain art they love. Why should someone on harsh times not be able to get a picture, figure, character of something they love. That's not right). As of now, people should not share this on social media either side. Don't like something, don't buy it, don't look at it etc. In this game, you have recast (Mars toys for example), you have third parties (Heck hot toys was one in the past). My only 5 pence, is this is not needed (general speaking - both sides and whoever else sinks like this). I think your content is great, videos awesome etc. I know Yondu's work of late especially and his shares his work from scratch until fully painted. His a great artist and does amazing work.. Life is about being happy and let people decide what to buy. No name calling, happy vibes and let's get onto some sweet horror figures. Shared love, why we're here in the collecting game. Not knocking you individually, nor him, all of this is about this negative side across the collectible world. Hope that makes sense. Let's rise above this, its not why we're here. I understand what you’re saying, but you might be comparing it incorrectly. It’s not the fact that he recasted in the past, it’s the fact that he continues to do so, and continues to be disingenuous and toxic in this hobby, as well as lie about it. If you looked at the information that I have here, which is only a small portion of it, it has already been proven that he recasted the mad bug head and presented it as his own. He continues to do this in public, but also, like I describe in the video, I have seen screenshots of Conversations that are not for me to provide, and those people can post them publicly, if they like to. My video purpose is to respond accordingly to his nonsense. The last video I did was one and done, however, he chose to revitalize this conversation again. I sent him a private message because he glorified wanting a response and when I did, he threatened to fight me, then blocked me. Lol. That’s not a normal human reaction. Lol. However, if you watch the video, innocent people don’t suddenly block you when you call them out on continued transgressions. Stealing someone else’s work, then positing it as your own will never be accepted in the custom hobby….ever. Like I said, in the video, when he initially recasted the Beto head, and denied it, he could’ve simply filmed the live video sculpting it from scratch. The fact he only shows you intermittent pictures of sculpts or casts in between is for a very good reason. Lol. He could have proven he did not re-cast the TOTS head by sculpting the H78 flashback live. Same for the H40. Additionally, there is a very big difference between online bullying and the current situation that Yondu continues to place himself in and initiates. If he wishes to call my name and what I have said into question, which he did, I will obviously defend my position again. Like I said, before, and I said in the video multiple times, I did so, which resulted in him blocking me within 2 to 3 minutes. Lol. That’s not what innocent people do. I normally never film videos like this, because I generally stay out of this nonsense. But if I can provide valuable information and education on this dude for anyone that may get duped by him, that’s the point. @@IAmToys Exactly bro and I'm glad you made this video and letting people know what a complete jerk this so called artist is, if you can call him an artist that only steals other artists work by doing recasts and only tweaking things to make it a little bit different but not admitting that he's recasting them, these types of people are ruining the hobby and can put independent artists off from doing any more custom figures and then to threaten you because you called him out on it that he was recasting, just shows you what kind of a person he is.

When I saw the comment, which I included in the video, where Yondu was supposed to be making a fellow collector a rod sterling sculpt, then when Yondu was asked about it by him, he claimed “the mold was stolen and to contact him”. Yondu then blocked him! Who the hell does that!? Lol. How does that even happen, do you have regular gatherings of 1/6 scale artists coming over your house, and someone decided to steal it from you? Lol. But wait, it had to be the 1/6 scale sculpt bandit! 🤣 And Yondu ripping him off, only happened within the last 2 to 3 years, so it’s not like this happened 20 years ago, and he rehabilitated himself since. He still continues to lie and deny, as if everyone except him is a moron. It’s embarrassing.
