    I was born and raised in SJ. Now I’m 45 and moved to Turlock about 5 years ago. My sister lives in willow glen. Home prices have climb since I was a kid dramatically. I couldn’t afford to live in San Jose anymore. If you’re not an engineer or doctor, you will struggle.

      You are absolutely right Viet. I've been in San Jose for over two decades and house prices have changed so much. Once upon a time, any working person can buy a home. Now it takes two professionals with stock options in order to buy an average home. It gets tougher for buyers everyday.
