  • Beeing alone can be great too! Showing you in this video how loneliness helped me to improve my Painting skills and overall mindset. Influence from outside can be so powerfull but did you ever listened to you inner Voice? How powerfull that one can be too? When you learn to trust your intuition, your path in life can become more clear. And beside that talk I will show you the process of a big oilpainting and we will visit a big forest . Everything is filmed and edited by myself.
Hope you enjoy this Art Vlog❣️

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
Jesus was crucified, buried and then rose again on the third day. Believe in Him and you will have eternal life. Repent (turn away from your sins). Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly, follow Him He is the Light of the world.

This video came upon me by accident but I think it was purely intentional in a divine sense. I know I can't be the only one out in this world dealing with anxiety and depression all the while trying to find my purpose in life again and to live happy. The part about enjoying the process has been hard for me with anxiety and I just want the end result but I know the work has to be done to get there. This was really inspirational for me and I will try to enjoy just doing what I like to do instead of rushing to the end. I've found already my process is messy and not what I envisioned. Thank you.

I found so much love being alone. Of course, It took long years for me to be able to go through the depression haze and find myself, but I feel as though I finally did. I'm not afraid of people anymore, I love spending time with my cats, with my mom, even with my dad. Studying is something that gives me joy because it makes me remember how hard I tried to be able to be here studying what I love, and I feel grateful for myself. It isn't easier than before, but it definitely hurts less. For the first time in my life, I have happiness in peace, I'm fine.

This is the most uncomfortable I've been watching a video on art in a while. Because what was said was so true and pointed directly to some problems that I've been having myself. I've been creating for the wrong reasons. I've been looking a ton to others instead of creating. I've been doing literally anything but making art and then kicking myself because my "goals" aren't being met. The sight of seeing others do well is such a distraction to my own growth and it was hard hearing the beginning of this video and kind of having my own issues mirrored in someone else. Your work is beautiful and I look forward to watching more of your videos. I've got...a lot of thinking to do after this.

I’ve been struggling with loneliness, and I’ve lost my passion for creating art just for myself, which used to be my favorite cure for loneliness. I found myself crying as you painted, and I realized that I deserve to make art again. I’m rambling, but basically I just wanted to say thank you. your work, both this video and the painting, is sensational. I admire how considerate you are to take the extra effort to complete the frame at your school instead of creating extra noise at home. I'm not an 'art' sort of person nor do I know anything about art but watching this vlog, literally just hearing u talk about everything (even stuff I didn't know about) felt so soo relaxing and therapeutic in the most amazing way.

I watched my first Valerie video this morning. It came to me by some miracle Oh so beautiful and sooo motivating. And hey presto here I am this afternoon after a long "walk in the desert" creation wide , (tho have been singing with my guitar daily as I find it therapeutic and calming). I'm overjoyed I've just finished a floral painting I started in one of the lockdowns and Ive just finished it. I am blown away. You have motivated me to begin painting again.. Thank you a million times. You are a true artist and a beautiful soul.

yeah it is this that makes the difference between a real artist and a painter who learnt to paint just to make money, you have the kind of spirit that an artist should have and you are completely connected to your inner world which is reflected on your art
    you are the real artist

Wow, this was so inspirational. Due to the pandemic I have been stuck. I love to write, sing, dance, and make any form of art I can. But looking at it now I have not been creative at all. I have lost the inspiration to do everything that I loved. Finding a space to breathe and do what you love becomes a form of vigilance and you start to feel again. I’m not suffocated and I see that through your eyes. I will become passionate again about the things that I love and I won’t force myself nor will I let myself become sloppy and lazy. I will take care of myself and start to show who I am through my art. Thank you for this really.💕✨
