Hi Jaby. Just a thought...Maybe Meryl Streep doesn't have anything against Martial Arts and the different classical forms of it like Karate, Boxing, Wrestling, Kalaripayattu, Muay Thai, WuShu, Judo, Aikido.
She like any old lady might find the new age, commercialized form of Mixed Martial Arts like UFC, Bellator, Strike Force, etc very violent. I mean Team Fighting Championship is like a gang beat down and Pride allowed kicks to the head even when the fighter is down. Just saying because I am a big fan of both of you. Peace.
