The fireplace might have electronic controls, but unless those flames are fake, it’s probably a gas fire place. It could also use electronic ignition too, I think some fireplaces do that.

Nice tour! I like what I'm seeing so far. I hope the Fanimation Zonix is up on the porch before me & Alex are there for the group trip. I really want to see it installed in person. The Chandelier in the upstairs hallway is where I definitely love to see a fan installed one day. If someone else's house with this same model has a fan there then yours should too. It looks a lot of houses in this neighborhood put fans up outside & inside & the switches in the bedrooms that do nothing that would be for a fan light makes it look like the bedrooms were designed to have fans. Some of the switch placements are weird especially the vanity lights switch at the sink. There are some switch placements I would have done differently. Where the switch for the outside garage light is there should be another switch for the garage lights since if you walk into the garage from that door you would have lights to turn on from there. I would like to know what that other garage switch does & if it does that light in the attic. I probably does because what else would it do though wouldn't the attic switch be in the attic? I guess you'll find out one day. The garage door lights going on at night is like my late grandparents Townhouse garage door light which came on at night only. It was the same with all other houses in that Townhouse complex they were in. Anyway's I really like your new house & this neighborhood but I do miss your old house. I'm really looking forward to seeing your new house when I'm there for the group trip.
