To the left of the sliding glass door is a wire with a square above it but further left is a wire coming out of the siding. Almost looks like a room, garage? It looks fake but you can see a black wire coming out of...somewhere. Screen shot it and zoom in. I found Sonia Dees, Dees True Crime has some good, different, clear and close up pictures of the house that show it. In the one picture that tall skinny cop is seen guarding the sliding glass door. Please don't get mad that I mentioned another creators channel here but she does have some really good pictures and this is the only way I know how to prove my point or to show you the wire.

I am trying to find the clip of the family member’s (I feel like it was a Chapin, but maybe it wasn’t) saying that the medical examiner / coroner told them their wounds resembeld a bear attack (THAT vicious) - was this on your channel? It doesn’t seem to be documented in text that Google can find. But I know it was in some sort of interview, and I could have sworn it was a family member saying it
