The mongols would of won if they got their whole army to Japan
But they didn’t and they lost. Those if scenarios are rather pointless.
It isn't possible to send whole army to a specific area,they had a huge land to manage,and needed men in those areas to protect the land from internal and external occupation

They may not have had Katana but they did have what i believe was called the Tachi. It was basically a prototype Katana and was made around the time the Mongols invaded Tsushima

Historically, during this period, samurai did not have the katana and wakizashi that you see in this game. It was mostly kyudo long bow and arrows and naginatas.

Bullshit!! The first original Japanese swords that are considered the precursor of the 'modern' katana began to appear during the early Heian period (around 700 CE). Katanas were mainly used by the samurai, the military nobility of feudal Japan (1185-1600) up through the Edo period (1603-1868).
