This is a Motley's Mathhouse video and it is indeed canon. Similarly to other videos I won't explain whats going on here but feel free to interpret. I love to hear your theories. 12012003.carrd.co 🏠
The window immediately makes me think of, well, *Windows*. Motley's Mathhouse is a computer game after all. Maybe this is another instance of it installed somewhere? A new program that hasn't been opened yet on a new computer would be like moving into a new house. Thus why it's dark save for the window, which could represent the computer's internal clock. Listening to it, here's what I felt I heard: 0:21 The sound of footsteps? 0:36 A zipper being undone, maybe a backpack being opened? 0:52 Some sort of quiet spinning noise? To me it sounds like an old hard drive spinning up. 1:02 I think this is "Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep", a classical children's bedtime prayer. From the way it sounds, maybe it's coming from an old toy? Or maybe it's an old recording someone's listening to?
This is most probably from a childs perspective one who has been playing a glitched copy of the Motleys Math house game, the game is going on which is the distorted voice we hear. The game is glitched so it turns on, on its own.
I can only hear at the end of the recording "[...] went/when inside, they hate that". I feel like I'm not close but I wanted to throw my two cents. Anyway, this is looking great so far! Can't wait for more!
It may be kind of quiet because I was recording with my phone. I did the editing while wearing headphones at full volume so it should sound more clear that way
If you're talking about that like distorted voice its actually a voice box of a stuffed animal. I dont remember exactly but when I heard it I was instantly taken back to my childhood when I had one that sounded the exact same and said the same thing.
It's from a stuffed animal that prays. "Now I lay me down to sleep. I pray to lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray the lord my soul to take. Amen."

Very interesting. I will say that this scene does have two meanings at the same time.
You could easily ruin any bit of tension from this if you added a distant reverb fart
I was thinking of doing one with a plushtrap jumpscare
@@DevLunar oh yeah that would fit
