I’m looking for a tool that I can take a picture of a person, add a business logo / name and then ask it to create an image in CMKY that I can use to have t-shirts made. Example: Take a picture of a person and have AI create an image with that person sailing on a boat with the Business logo on the sail. Do you know of any tools out there that can do this?

Sadly Hyperbooth AI has shut down completely. I don't know why but they have refunded everyone's amount and closed everything.
and as of august it is closed. so much for that!
