To be honest, I never understood why Dimwit was burnt in the chorus in the original since it didn't look like anything would either burn or electrocute him (I don't think the antenna could have electrocuted him though)
Well when the building fell, a dust cloud appeared. I think Dimwit was supposed to be covered in dust in the Rio parody.
