I find it remarkable how he can be really silly, funny and playful at the right time but when needed also very articulate and insightful when speaking about serious topics, he evidently did a lot of work on himself. I need to learn a bit from Jamie.

I feel so cleansed and serene after hearing him talk about vulnerability and letting go. He should do mindfulness podcasts ffs already.

His laugh is infectious. I'm just finding out he struggled with sobriety, as well as I, it really humbles and changes you. You see the world differently and the world sees you differently. He's amazing, I hope I get the honor of meeting him someday.

This young man is so sweet and thoughtful and insightful. I really wish I had a friend like this one. Jamie is such a lovely person. I'm going to take his advice and start letting down walls and reaching out to people again. Loneliness sucks but it really is self imposed more often than not. Thanks for the inspiration, my dear. You fucking rock 🤘

It's a recovery book put out primarily by Hazelden meditations. It's written by Karen Casey and Martha Vanceburg. I have it's it's pretty good. I'd recommend it.

@@ellenm9053See my above comment. It's a daily meditation book by Hazelden written by Karen Casey and Martha Vanceburg. The cover looks different but it's the same book. It's a great little meditation book. You can find it online.

I think it’s a bit of a dangerous thing to say that when people take drugs for depression they need to find a way to deal with those emotions and also learn from them. Without depression drugs I would have killed myself years ago

Yes I understand you. But I think he means it in a way where if you’ve taken them forever it’ll be hard to change without them. But now you’re better maybe you don’t need then as much? But I don’t know you so I don’t know. But I’m proud of you for being strong and staying alive. ❤️🫂 take care x
