1.3 million is quite a lot, especially considering it was put on UA-cam in 2014, 4 years after the song was a hit. I'm pretty sure most of the views for a song come when it's new and still in people's heads, on the radio, etc. This one is getting by on people who remember it and think about it one day. Since it's apparently uploaded by Eliza or someone representing her, hopefully she's getting some money every time we watch it. 1.3 million might be enough to keep her happy and singing.

I FOUND IT! FINALLY! I have had random bits of this video stuck in my head for years! YEARS! I legit thought maybe I’d dreamt it. Couldn’t ever remember any of the lyrics. No amount of googling was producing this song. Heard it randomly today in the shopping Centre I work in and I don’t think I’ve opened Shazam so freaking fast in my life. She's so beautiful, a great singer, and the song has a good message. We used to listen to this all the time in music class at high school as I think the song had just come out then (I was at high school from 2010-13), and we would study the meaning and beats of the song. Nice piece of music and the backing vocals are good too.
Me and my nan loved this song when it came out 🥰 Used to watch this music video with her all the time, singing and dancing along together 🥰 I always remember that when I hear this song 🥲❤️
Hello from Norway here. WOW!!! 😮 This song is a wonferful happy feelgood pop song with cool jazzy sound effects similar with the 60's. And she's quite a COOL and sofisticated girl too. She has exactly the same similar look as her Les Miserable actor mum Frances Ruffelle. As I saw and heard this cool video for the first time in a Danish Music TV Program around 2010, I thought that this melody sounded like a very interesting plagiat of the 1989-classic "Don't worry, be happy" from Bobby McGuerrin. I feel very thankful to Eliza Doolittle in this video, who reminded me of the great childhood memory of happiness and encouragement I felt of hearing "Don't worry, be happy" on the radio back in my little summer childhood around 1989. Yes, I am a mature grown-up man now, who was born in the 80's. It's a pity that "Pack up" did not become a very great hit here in Norway, since this catchy song really would have deserved much bigger acknowlingment than it really got.

More accurate lyrics:
I get tired and upset
And I'm trying to care a little less
When I google I only get depressed
I was taught to dodge those issues
I was told
Don't worry, cos no doubt
There's always something to cry about
When you're stuck in an angry crowd
They don't think what they say
Before they open their mouth
You gotta
Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag
And bury them beneath the sea
I don't care what the people may say
What the people may say about me
Pack up your troubles, get your old grin back
Don't worry about the cavalry
I don't care what the whisperers say
'Cause they whisper too loud for me
Hot topic
Maybe I should drop it
It's a touchy subject
And I like to tiptoe 'round
The ship going down
We got pennies and no pounds
So if your business is running out
It's not my business to talk about
They don't think what they say
Before they open their mouth
You gotta
Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag
And bury them beneath the sea
I don't care what the people may say
What the people may say about me
Pack up your troubles, get your old grin back
Don't worry about the cavalry
I don't care what the whisperers say
'Cause they whisper too loud for me
Tweet, tweet
Tweet, tweet, tweet, tweet, tweet
Tweet, tweet, tweet
Tweet, tweet, tweet, tweet, tweet
Tweet, tweet, tweet

Tweet, tweet, tweet, tweet
Pack up your troubles in your old kit bag
And bury them beneath the sea
I don't care what the people may say
What the people may say about me
Pack up your troubles, get your old grin back
Don't worry about the cavalry
