As someone with Graves Disease/overactive thyroid, your list is really misleading. These are basic healthy tips, not something that will fix hyperthyroid. They may help lessen symptoms, but that's it. ALWAYS, see an endocrinologist if you have hyperthyroidism.
For hypothyroidism D. Janine recommend the Vitatree Thyroid Support as well as the magnesium bisglycinate to help protect against EMF exposure known to be detrimental to the thyroid gland. The VitaDetox, Stress and Sleep, and Zinc plus Quercetin supplements can also all be helpful for hypothyroidism. You can find them at us.vitatree.com - Team Dr. Janine
Can you please advise on how to stop levothyroxine due to hypothyroidism? I would like to stop taking the medication as it is toxic due to the synthetic materials and it is hindering on my health please any advice
Good tips but to recap, a cure for everything is early morning sunlight but that's only if you live in a place where it's sunny in the morning because in some places north you don't see the sun as often in the winter. And don't ground on grass that's been sprayed with pesticides which in a city is unfortunately almost everywhere including parks. Get a grounding mat to supplement. And don't eat lamb, it's a baby animal who never had a chance to grow up.
@paolac.1678 Its alright I can wait. The weather hasn't been perfect in Canada and something went down with the postal service. Plus the holidays. Should be expecting it to be shipped soon.

Look into desiccated beef thyroid. It’s what was used before synthetics.

Is pregnenolone good or bad for the thyroid function? My functional medicine doctor put me on a DHEA and pregnenolone combo.
