Getting buy-in is one of the most important skills required for a PM, as it covers stakeholder management, tenacity, persuasion, and more. This event aims to present key techniques PMs can employ using case studies from other PMs, to improve their ability to manage stakeholders and get buy-in.

Alex is a Product Manager at iwoca, one of the UK's fastest-growing fintech SMB lenders. His team builds out iwoca’s payment infrastructure as well as tools to enable the finance team to scale at speed. Previously he worked in Product Operations at Samsung, helping launch and grow B2B mobile in the UK. He supported the launch of the S22, S23, and Fold 4 flagships in B2B, as well as Samsung’s re-entry to the laptop market in 2021.
Olha Muzychenko - Senior Product Partnership Manager at Meta
Olha is a senior Product Partnerships manager in Meta Reality labs, helping to grow gaming partnerships with Meta apps, as well as fostering VR developer relations.
Olha is an ex-Googler with 10+ years of experience across product partnerships & product management in both big, medium and small tech companies.
In her free time, she leads a pro-bono recycling app Eat My Trash with a mission to provide intuitive household recycling solutions for Londoners.
Neil Allan and Lewis Dyke - Principal Product Consultants at Gate One
Neil and Lewis co-lead the Product & Agile practice at Gate One, a Business & Digital Transformation consultancy.
Neil has over a decade of digital agency and consultancy experience specialising in product management, delivery and coaching. He has delivered global B2C web-platforms and apps for multiple clients in the Automotive and Energy sectors, and most recently designed a new product operating model for a mobility solutions company transitioning to empowered product teams.
Lewis is a Principal Consultant with 8 years of experience transforming clients to deliver value at pace through a pragmatic application of product and agile methods. He has experience delivering across a range of industries in the private and public sectors, recently delivering innovative new revenue management algorithms for a European airline whilst supporting their transition to Agile and Product ways of working.
