Well, I am Watermelon Slim, and I've been playing for 61 years. I am a bluesman, but I do not sound like Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson, Junior Wells, Sonny Terry, or my friends Jason Ricci and Rick Estrin, or any of a dozen other harmonica players whose names might be familiar. And I damn sure don't sound like any of these variations, though the "true bluesman" category comes closest, and among bluesmen, Big Walter Horton or George Mayweather may be closest. If this fellow can sing, and if he's ever done any hard labor for a living, he may be on the path.
Too funny! Even Alex was a beginner at one point (so there's hope for us).......but after studying literally hundreds of harmonica videos since a noob myself 6 years ago, I am finding (imho) that he is better than all the others. Just saying!!

Anyone know the tabs for the bassline Alex is playing as "The Bluesman"?
It's played with tongue blocking. The line is like -2 -3 -4 5 -5 -5 5 -4 -4 -3 with some tongue lifts in between.
