Just a quick tip: if anyone is getting some strange stuttering when panning the camera (even if your FPS and frame time graphs look good), try changing “frame rate” in the settings menu to match that off the monitor or TV you’re playing on. I noticed when playing at 4k/60 I was getting this weird motion stutter when set to Unlimited, but dropping it to 60 got rid of it completely.

Why on earth is the resolution scaling lower than 100 by default? SOOO weird..
@XOWavey wouldnt lowering textures quality help? PS I have a 3060 i7 laptop and it runs the game at 1440p 120fps and 4k around 60fps doesn't seem bad. Yes it's not a low end machine but it's certainly not top end PC
ok, so this low framerate is a known thing then? I played the beginning of the game last night and it seemed fine. Opened it up tonight and it's reaaally chunky. Running on a 3080TI here, so I was a little concerned something was up on my end.

Did you set up you card for Resizable bar enabled and bios updates?
Also try disable vsync & tripple buffering
Sometimes I get really bad frame drops when I break a box or something.
Bro, are you using a controller ? I am playing on pc and using a DS4 controller and I dont get vibrations, please can you help me with this ? I really need vibration
I am used to play games with vibration! without it, the game seems totally different. And I finally got vibration in psychonauts 2, it just vibrates later in the game when you get a device.
At this point, I can't tell if its game optimization stuttering or if game pass and windows recent updates just screwed everything. Does this game have stuttering on steam?
