We are Bengalis, we call Golgappa as "Fuchka" 😉 And personally I love the pudina pani for golgappa, rest of guava pani, orange pani and cola pani (great ideas for panipuri pani), I will drink as a soft drink. We make pani puri pani as follows : 2-3 tbsp imli pulp, juice of 1 big lemon, 1tbsp black salt, normal salt as per taste, 1.5 tbsp heaped roasted cumin powder, 1tsp chaat masala plus 4-5 cups of water (increase or decrease spice level or tanginess according to taste) 😋😋😋
