I just built a new bag this year, literally every single item is new since March. What I can say is the way it sits today it was atleast $4500. But over the last 6 months I can’t tell you how many clubs have come and gone. I like to tinker with clubs, so it’s really morphed throughout the season. But I think I finally have it exactly how I want it! I’m 44 now and it’s the first time in my life I’ve built a completely new bag, so it was all worth it! As it sits today. GT2 driver, burner mini, stealth 2 hd 3 wood(with adjustable lift sleeve) qi10 7 wood, ping i crossover 3 iron, p790 irons, mg4 56, hi toe 4 60atx, Scotty Newport 2.5+ and also have a select Newport 1.5 and a taylormade Rossa Daytona 6. Love all three putters and they span from 2003-2023. Basically one every 10 years, and I love all three, so I rotate them. Also rotate the mini and 3 wood. I bought every club new, but my driver and both woods I bought off marketplace. Was able to get the GT2 for $420 still wrapped, $250 for my qi10 7 wood, and the stealth 2 hd was a head only for $120. So you can find really good deals if you look around. Many off the clubs that came and went, I bought off marketplace and actually ended up selling them for more than I paid. If you’re always looking, ridiculous deals pop up and if you jump on them, you can save a bunch of cash.
This is so sad because we know LV canvas gets thinner over time but Goyardâs canvas is literally paper thin. Most of their bags are leather lined but for me a big reason to own a coated canvas kislux bag is that it is lightweight and indestructible
On countback, where the better back nine is used I think it unfair if the most difficult holes are on the front nine. For a question, hazards on fairways. Are they fair? If you’ve hit a good shot that’s found the fairway should you be punished by bunkers in the middle of the short stuff or a tree in your shot line to the green?
Here’s a tip for ya mat… if you wanna appeal more to “the average golfer” call them (us) something a bit more complimentary… far as I can tell EVERYBODY who plays golf thinks they are capable of better (your good self included) … rather than the average golfer, I would suggest a euphemism such as “the golfer who hasn’t yet reached his full potential” “the ever improving golfer” “the soon to be single figures golfer” … absolutely nobody wants to be average in anything and no one likes to be called that… there you go man, there’s your comment… ps. I’m only messin here really but it’s not a bad point
