I started having birthday blues when I was turning 27 and everytime, the only way I get through it is finding a way to count my blessings.

I remember how much I cried on the morning of my 22nd birthday, because I wasn’t getting as many happy birthday calls and text messages as I usually would. 😂 Not until I spoke with my sister and she gave me just the right words I’ve lived with till date. “Anyone who’s not here today wasn’t meant to be, it only shows growth on your path and God’s taking the lead in your life”. Have an amazing year ahead 🤍

Still in my 20’s (late twenties tho) and I still struggle with body dysmorphia , but I know this feeling will pass too .
I think 30 is the big girl age where you figure out a lot. I pray I figure out my life before the 30s 🙏🏻
