Why does everyone ignore the fact Charlotte was committing a crime ( one of many) at the time she was shot? Valentin, Laura, and Anna just let her get away with that. At the very least, she should have been given community service. The mayor covered for her granddaughter.
No there was a scene with Robert, Val & Laura at the MC discussing community service and probation for something like 2 years. Laura made sure it happened but Val had a fit of course.
