Holy shit, Hayden. Your teams shots were fucking amazing. The reflection shot at the hotel was my favorite, but all of them were top tier. You usually take decent shots, but this is a completely different level. It baffles me that you didn't win this one, but hey.

Firstly, absolutely LOVE the photo battle series, some of the very best content on the whole of UA-cam. I’ve always thought that a significant part of the creative process all of your group employ is in the post production - the ability to colour shift bad lighting or composite parts of images together. The skill shown doing that part of photography is always immense, so really interesting to see the results when that aspect of the creative process wasn’t available

Amazing photo battle. ❤️ Thank you guys for using film and showing it to the world that it's still fun to use film ⚡🔥 all of the images were so great but Hayden's shot of the model's reflection was by far the best. It totally gave the old era vibes. Usually those type of pictures were on the cover pages of magazines and newspapers back then. 🔥

Since you guys are venturing more into film, something else that might be a cool experiment is using a Polaroid back camera. Not sure what the cost range would be on this, since it's pretty extinct these days, but I really think you guys would like it. Basically, what it does is it will give you an instant Polaroid-style photo on your film camera to show you what your film images will look like. This was used a lot in studio photography, so the photographers could be sure the lighting and exposure were pretty accurate before burning through rolls of film for a photoshoot with a model/subject. I'm a bit older than you guys and I learned photography with film and developing the film myself and using an enlarger to develop my own prints as well. This is something else I really think you would enjoy learning to do but also might be pricy to put it all together. Anyhow, love what you guys are doing and I think it's really cool that y'all are checking out film photography.
