    WHAT’S IN MY POCKETS?
amzn.to/2W0W0G5 - Deity Connect Lav Kit (this is a dual system, and the two transmitters can be turned into a transmitter and receiver, or use with the base unit as dual system audio)
amzn.to/3x1MzDq - a Leatherman is always super handy
/ saangoh - Awesome hand made leather products from Steve!
amzn.to/3roQXel - AirPods Pro (expensive, but really really nice for all things audio listening in the apple ecosystem. The noice cancelling is a nice touch)
amzn.to/2V0uxUK - Quadlock Cases and Motorcycle Mount. This is seriously an awesome system. The other accessories are overpriced for what they are. You can end up spending hundreds on stuff that doesn’t work that well.

amzn.to/3BuGouL - The Best ANKER USB C hub and card reader
amzn.to/3xYsuii - USB C Power Bank. I will never buy one without the ability to charge via USB and deliver power via USB C ever again
    My Lenses
geni.us/ywtr - Sony 20mm F1.8 (my favourite wide angle prime!)
    geni.us/Zj1J - Sony 55mm F1.8 (awesome 50mm!)

In this video I used the Explore v2 25L - with the medium mirrorless core unit
If you wanted to carry more gear I recommend getting the 35L with the Large DSLR core unit (you can also easily use the medium DSLR unit, but I like the large in it)
amzn.to/3BqXwld - Small Shimoda Accessory Pouch, this size is wonderful (what I used in my video)
amzn.to/3zltGN1 - The shimoda roller bag is so great for travel
amzn.to/3iD67J7 - Stuff Sacks, amazing for storing clothes
amzn.to/376aQO9 - Shimoda card holder (I love the CF/XQD) model for sod cards)
    amzn.to/3kImMh2 - 3 Panel wrap is amazing
amzn.to/3eGzhWt - Medium Accessory Case is my favourite size. I have like 8 of these for different things.
For filmmaking I use the Action X 70 with the LARGE DV core unit, for ski touring I really like the Action x50 with Large DSLR core unit.

This video is the PERFECT example of why I subscribed to your channel. Helpful gear reviews that never feel like a sales pitch, the philosophy and struggle of creative work (really hits home with my ADHD) , and now another addition to the cool project / passion list with dirt bikes. I'm grateful for the effort you put into your videos.

Great vid, Levi. I'm using a HUGE old school Lowe-Pro bag with, well, none of the features of the Shimodo bags. It's also inspiring how much effort goes into your b-roll and intro. In a world of swipe-up / next, it's a treat to have video of beautiful scenery from someone who clearly loves where they live.

That back camera on the bike; GoPro Max? Fantastic find and executed! Also the audio recording while driving is pretty good! I wonder what my Rode Wireless Go would do with situations like that. The Shimoda bag is fantastic! I wish I could get my hands on the smallest version. I'm using the Explorer 60 and X-50 right now, but for short trips, I prefer using a smaller backpack then. My Toploader is great, but just a little bit too small for my Sony A7RIV with lenses and a drone.

  • @WhoIsJonHarris

You definitely just sold this guy a new bag. I’ve got a massive pack that I can haul my Sony 200-600, 70-200, the same 55 you have, and a 16-35. A drone. Couple of bodies. But I need a pack that isn’t so bulky and pack the essentials. I think this new 25L would be sweet for a quicker go bag. Nice review!

looks like you have the same problem as i do in that the waist strap is more of a rib cage strap because Shimoda didnt make the shoulder straps longer to compensate for the shorter 25L bag. If it wasnt for that one thing the bag would be almost perfect.

7:48 Yeah I can't recommend the Knipex Pliers Wrench enough. Use them all the time. Just in case you didn't know, that plier design works best when you push the top handle down (clockwise in the video).

I write to discover what my thoughts actually are. Wow. The 9min mark holds the gem in this video for creators. Super strong 90 seconds

Thanks for the video and little tricks! Do you use Filter step up adapter or you use different size filters for different lenses?

You should definitely go for step up rings. Buy a filter for your largest filter size lens. And then use step up rings for the smaller ones. I recommend polar pro's step up rings. Unless money is not a problem then go ahead buy a filter for each lens :D
