I love the MPM Megatron but man, this transformation is so much simpler. Kinda wish I’d known about this one before I got the masterpiece
Thanks again for these. I come straight here when I get a new TF figure rather than use Hasbro's instruction sheets. It's way clearer seeing video of the actual figure with the parts being moved in real time. :) After owning both the MPM and now this SS figure today I think I prefer the SS. Sure, the MPM is more accurate in many ways but the SS just feels more fun to me and has a cleaner jet mode (I wouldn't have minded a few more spikey bits like on the wings though). If only it had the proper 2007 chest and not the recycled RotF one. Gah. Maybe third party will fix that... i already have the DNA Design kits for Ironhide and Jetfire/Optimus. :) Anyways keep up the good work with these videos and such and have a great day. :)

I decided to give this a go without the instructions but didn't quite get it. Completely missed the shoulder swivels before folding down the chest in space plane mode. Completed it still feels like a hollow mess, but aesthetically with the silver paint it is a definite improvement over the 2007 Voyage/Leader. Very simple/hollow but looks absolute amazing in robot mode Articulation is actually pretty decent for an earlier SS and nice to see ankle tilt.

Pretty cool this version of Megatron reminds me of a cross between spacecraft n cybernetic predatory bird only thing it's missing us his signature Arm Cannon nevertheless I dig this version
Megatron never had the arm cannon in the original transformers movie

I have that megatron figure
I cannot get his feet to tab in in jet mode. It shouldn't bother me as much as it does, but he just doesn't feel "finished" with his feet just floating around untabbed.
