What do you mean? People in California regularly complain that there’s too much bureaucracy and want easier access to rebuild and improve infrastructure like what’s been destroyed. A city official says as much, and your assumption is that it’s now a ruse to siphon more money? Like how do we fix anything if you can’t even trust productive criticism like that?
