I am definitely a stomach sleeper and it's so hard to change lol. So I really appreciate the approach of "here's how to make it SAFER" instead of just "stop sleeping on your stomach". Helps a lot. Will keep it in mind!
You prob hear this all the time, but how in the hell do you only have 3.5k subs?!? Well, the ol YT algorithm recommended your video, so hopefully that's a sign of things to come. Great content, great presentation, great vibe... great channel. I'm in. Pardon me while I go binge watch.
I was a stomach sleeper for a very long time, but then I got one of those adjustable beds. I still like sleeping on my stomach, and I remember scaring my roommate in college because I'd sleep on my stomach with my face just smothered into my pretty much flat pillow and she had no clue how the hell i was breathing.
I too am a stomach sleeper, but often pull one leg up as you suggested in the video. Also I rarely sleep on my pillow. I do turn my head to the side as you mentioned but I like to put my head under my pillow. Not sure why, I just do. Good stuff in this video! You're providing really great information and you are incredibly easy to listen to. Thank you for using your talent for good!
Yo, that's fancy! I put my head next to my pillow, and the pillow is necessary because if I didn't have one I would slowly drift up and bang my head against the wall in the middle of the night. It's cool to hear I've been sleeping the right way when it comes to my neck!
I've found myself doing that as well. I've been trying to change to sleeping on my back or a good side position because I already have issues in both my lower back and my neck. Unfortunately sleeping on my back is hard because of my asthma (which is probably exasperated by my back and neck issues). I've yet to find a consistent way to sleep on my side without causing issues though I do tend to move my leg up because it's more comfortable).
Oh my god yes! A fellow head under pillow guy! ❤😂 It's the best silencer also from noise and good against strong moonlight for those living at roof level.
I'm a stomach sleeper, and I sleep on a japanese futon on the floor with a traditional korean pillow. It's pretty much the hardest bed and pillow combo you can have, lol. I stayed with my mother-in-law for a few months and her tempur pedic bed absolutely murdered my back. It was so soft that sleeping on my back felt like I was in a V shape or something. It took a good month back on my usual bed to fix the pain. Soft beds are the devil.
Side sleeper, but sometimes I go halfway from side to stomach with a knee tucked up like you described. It all depends on where I'm sleeping. At home, in a hotel, on a couch, inflatable sleep pad while camping, ect.
Lifelong stomach sleeper, I've found that a soft but not too thick mattress on solid slats makes a great combination for support and comfort. Feather pillows are the best because you can shape them as needed, and having a pregnancy body pillow close is always recommend. They can help as you need to move and adjust in your sleep.
I love my feather pillow! I actually mostly defluffed it so it's pretty flat, but it's easy to adjust and shove more under my neck if I switch to my side. I've heard good things about shredded memory foam as well, but I don't care for memory foam in general. It's just another preference thing.
Same. Sometimes when I don't need a pillow I just hug it cause it feels cold and fluffy during hot nights. And since I would never do that to a cat, I would roll around and squish my cat otherwise lol
it actually took me a long time to realize that my side sleeping had shifted into stomach sleeping because I started doing all of the things you mention in the video. Leg up, I gotta get one pillow squished underneath me just right (this is why it took so long to realize I was technically sleeping on my stomach cause i used to just hold the pillow in front of me when i was on my side) and i pack my pillow so that my head faces down as much as possible by having is hang off the pillow slightly. It’s a complicated system but I’m definitely a stomach sleeper for life now lol.
A few tips about better sleeping positions: When sleeping on your back, if you have a pillow, do NOT sleep on it with your shoulders. It is terrible for neck pain. You also might not need a pillow for your head when sleeping on your back. When sleeping on your side, you WILL need a pillow to support your head and neck; otherwise, it would just flop over and hurt after you wake up. Really, just align the spine to be as natural as it can be while sleeping and just be comfortable. You can’t sleep if you’re not comfortable.
When I slept on my back I realized how much neck and head orientation matters to breathing. If my head is angled too low my nose gets obstructed and I start snoring which I never do stomach sleeping. When backsleeping I roll up my small pillow like a pill and put it under my neck so my head is looking a bit up and my neck is dented a bit forward. It feels perfect for breathing. Just perfect 😩👌. I took first aid class and realized this is why you have to rotate the head of the injured guy up a bit when laying them down.
My kids are stomach sleepers, despite my attempts to convince them otherwise. With my back, stomach sleeping is like peanuts to an individual with a nut allergy.
Father always referred to it as a "crick in the neck,"...and he always referred to me as a "pain in the neck!" Excellent use of word pictures to get the point across without being too wordy. 🐺🔧
I used to be a stomach sleeper but after investing in a good mattress and body pillow I have been fully converted to side sleeping. It's amazing how many aches and pains that I just took as being part of life cleared up because of this.
Thanks for a really interesting video. I used to be a tummy sleeper but changed over time, now I usually fall asleep on my back and wake up on my side. Go figure. PS- just discovered you last night, but subscribing to your channel is the easiest decision I've made all week.
As someone who somewhat frequently deals with disc related low back pain, laying on my stomach is the only position that's comfortable when my back is injured.
I was stomach sleeper for a long time. I already knew the pillow under stomach tip, but was surprised that anyone would sleep on a stomach with pillow under head on purpose. Yeah, sometimes I would forget to toss away pillow from under my head, but I wouldn't use it on purpose. And even more, I would put my head in the gap between wall and edge of the bed, or if not possible, hang a little from the edge of the bed. Just so my head is lower and my neck strait(-ish). I don't sleep on the stomach anymore, but I acquired a bad habit of sleeping on back and putting my hands under the head...
Head to the side belly sleeper because sudden sounds jar me awake again always, and also a tiny bit of panic when falling asleep on my back when the relaxing tongue suddenly rests near the airway. I am jealous of people whose brains 'turn off' so easily and quickly that they never hear themselves snoring, because for me it's too much like fighting for breath. It isn't really fighting to breathe but I am hyper sensitive to it. Thanks for the fine overview on the topic!
I'm naturally a side sleeper but due to an old injury and my aging body I've had to start switching to stomach sleeping with a leg up, good to know thats a pretty decent way to do it!
I have those same blue multicolor speckled jersey cotton sheets from Walmart. I was wondering if I was the only one, glad to see I’m in good company, and we’re both stomach sleepers
I wasnt counting myself as a stomach sleeper until you said put a knee up. ive been falling asleep like that for years. my lumbar spine is also literal trash, so if you suffer from sciatica, try that position.
I slide a piece of 2x12 about 3-4 feet long under the mattress at my hips to give extra support at the heaviest part of my body. You can add more thickness if needed.
Dude, I truly love watching your vids. They are fun and very informative. I am a side sleeper, but I usually start on my stomach for a few minutes first :)
Bro, yes. It took me years to learn this stuff, but I'm also odd because I need a pillow on either of my sides to drape my arm over to be comfortable. So really, I sleep with my back slightly twisted left or right (usually towards whatever wall is beside my bed yes I put my bedsides near walls fight me) and have a firm gel/foam mattress I got from Lucid (very recommended). Flat pillow for my head was a game-changer. I think me tucking a pillow under whatever arm is the side my face is pointed helps spread the rotational tension in my back, as well as switching sides throughout the night seemed to help like passively stretch my back. Not really sure. Try it out fam, see how it works for you. Liked, shared, finally subscribed. Keep up the good work, fellow belly sleeper. Your vids are great. Try to not get too meta in the humor... lost in the sauce will cause you to lose directive. Peace.
'Crook' is an ancient word for a bent hook shape, probably from the Shepherd's crook tool used through history. It is from that meaning that comes the modern usage of deceiver or deviant or criminal. Crick is a muscular spasm with similar origin as creek as a meandering stream. So maybe when crook started taking on its present social meaning people started to say crick in the neck to distinguish. I've heard both crook and crick in the neck used.
I've been a stomach sleeper most of my life, and after 23 years my back has been killing me for the last few months sleeping, I am now a side/back sleeper
As a stomach sleeper, I prefer putting my head between 2 pillows so I can keep my head facing down, kinda like a make shift massage bed. Depending on the pillows, it might not work well, either being too firm and still lifting your head too much, or too soft and you're still suffocating. But when it's right... oh boy, that's a nice sleeping position. I tend to lift one leg as you described too. When my wife wants to cuddle, I will sleep on her back and put a pillow over my shoulder and chest for her to sleep on and that provides a bit of pressure that makes my body feel more comfy like I'm sleeping on my stomach, only heavier, lol. Only works while I'm in shape and she's not too heavy though, not gonna lie 😂😂😂 luckily she's generally petite so that helps a lot. I tend to roll into side sleep while I'm asleep and will also do that position when I really really need a nap and my wife and kids aren't move around the room and making til much noise
I'm a stomach sleeper, and that's actually partly because it's the only position that DOESN'T destroy my back. My natural position is to do the knee up, but that has a tendency to wear on my hip, so I go back and forth on that. You don't necessarily need a FIRMER bed so much as a more SUPPORTIVE bed. In most cases, that does mean firmer, but it doesn't have to. See Ghost Bed and Purple mattresses for that. As for my head, I get to cheat a little bit: I use a CPAP, so I sleep with my face more straight down than I could otherwise because I can still breathe, and the pillow is only under my forehead. That little bit of propping up of the forehead and jaw (which is supported by the CPAP mask) actually keeps my head up in a little bit better spine alignment (though it's admittedly still a little too high, I think). Lastly, supporting my head like this means I can move my arms out from under my face and head (though I still only feel comfortable with my arms up there), reducing the pressure on them and reducing the amount of times I wake up because my hands fell asleep.
I'm a stomach sleeper, it's nice to know that my preferred method of sleeping with a leg up and a pillow to support it is a good move. I also like to sleep with a pillow that fills out my neck gap but is softer around the top of the head so it keeps my head straighter with my body. I'm going to try both legs up, as someone who's preferred position was fetal, both legs up looks like a comfortable position.
Dear No, Please do an episode on agoraphobia. Mine kicked in over Covid while I was obediently isolating. I thought I had it almost licked whe yesterday I had to rush home from errands. It's just a bad habit I picked up (like drinking too much), that I'm working on fixing. Zoom therapy for Agor, and I haven't had a drink in 7 weeks but I did some damage to my liver (which will, fortunately, heal). I've joined a Reddit group and some of the members are seriously in pain from Agoraphobia. "Tricks" to distract oneself if people HAVE to go somewhere would be great. P.S. A "crick" in your neck is a British thing, at least I've read it in old British mysteries.
been going through that myself recently (for different reasons) and it really sucks when it hits you right in the middle of shopping or something. i personally use audio books to basically create my own "space" in my head but it can be a little jarring if someone bumps into you or tries to get your attention. if you think this will help you check out your local library. even my country one has a great selection and apps like "libby" give you access to their whole collection on your phone (but due to laws, copies are "limited" so you might have to wait for a copy to be "returned" before listening)
I never understood stomach sleepers, when I was in a rotation bed after a car accident and suddenly I myself was dangling wrong way flat! It was the most uncomfortable position possible, besides the feeling of dread my nose would make people believe I was part St. Bernard. Absolutely gross, my hats off to you great nurses who deal in such bodily abominations! Any who, I'm a strict side sleeper, doesn't matter which side, it's all about the pillow position and how high I can get my upper leg to my chest up on a pillow and how long I can get my lower leg stretched out. Yeah, that part and the next have to do with the accident and breaking bones in both the lower back, my neck and pelvis 😩 The head pillow and the leg pillow have to be even once in place, meaning my leg pillow must be a bit higher to begin with (legs are heavier) otherwise migraines abound about 3am. Anywho, once both are in place, I'm out quickly and I won't move the entire night unless I get hot. For me side sleeping is far more conducive to a relaxed position of restfulness and free breathing
Daaaamn i had no idea so many ppl stomach sleepers ?? Feels so counter intuitive. I Can understand side maybe but idk. Been sleeping on my back for many years and I can deff said my health has improved in every way
On the crook/crick thing, I am a white Canadian so definitely not a community error. I always thought/assumed it was crook from having a crooked posture or having the neck bent unproperly (crooked) while sleeping therefor a crook in the neck...Well, the more you know 🤷♂️🧠
@@arkboy3 From the south originally. I say crick in my neck and we also said crick for a creek. Maybe that's why. Creeks bend and turn, we called it a crick, so we got a crick in our necks. 🤷 But who knows... my mom also used the term "wonka jawed" meaning crooked or skewed or messed up. So if you knocked into a picture and messed it up, now it's "all wonka jawed". I slept funny and now my back "is all wonka jawed". It was more fun to talk in the south. I'll give it that much. 😁
When I stomach sleep, I use two pillows. One for the forehead, another for the chin. Then there's a gap for my nose, and I can just face straight down. Bonus points would be if you had a hole in your bed like on a massage table. I also sometimes put an extra pillow underneath my pelvis. Takes a lot of pressure off of the lumbar region. Otherwise, I'm a 90% side sleeper. I try to prefer my left side since that's the #1 absolute best side for health. But the right side is just so comfortable.
I sleep on my stomach some of the time, but it used to give me nasty neck pain. Crook, crick, whatevs.😊 Then I started putting a pillow under my shoulder, rotating my upper torso. That way I don’t have to turn my head 90° to the side, and I don’t end up with any neck pain.
If you scoot your head to the very edge of the pillow, you can stay face down with your nose off the edge. And a beer gut helps counter the sinking into the mattress. Sometimes I cross my arms under my chest and really level it out.
I sleep with a body pillow, where I’m propped up halfway between being on my stomach and being on my side, and usually with leg up. That seems to work pretty good for me, I don’t get the neck-turning pain from stomach and my spine isn’t stressed as much, but also don’t get the neck/shoulder pain of sleeping on my side with all of my weight on my shoulder
I’m a stomach sleeper who usually lifts one leg as you suggested. I also have an old, flat pillow that goes everywhere with me. Considering my age my lower back isn’t bad, but I’m prone to tension headaches, which focus on the back of the head and upper spine, and I know that turning my head to breathe at night (as well as working a desk job) is a major contributor to these headaches. I’m trying to do more stretches and focus more on posture while I’m working, but there’s no way I’m gonna stop stomach sleeping
Left side/stomach sleeper; can't go full stomach, can't go full side - it simply doesn't feel right. Hand up under my pillow, head on pillow, neck turned slightly leftwards. Legs slightly bent. Except then that gets uncomfortable so I toss and the about five times before falling asleep
I'm a stomach-side sleeper, usually with a knee up on a pillow. I've thought about investing in a message table so I can sleep with my face through the whole.
I've ALWAYS done this 4:40 matter of fact, I was in this position while watching this video. I also only use my pillow for watching videos before bed but when I'm about to sleep i sink under the pillow and avoid using it, it's far more comfortable.
Every once in a while I sleep on my chest, I don't call it sleeping on my stomach because at those times, for whatever reason, my body just wants that more than anything else in that moment. Usually I will sleep on my side but sometimes it just hurts if I try, so when that happens I sleep on my chest instead and it always feels so right as the alternative when both sides aren't working. I pretty much can't go to sleep if I'm on my back unless I'm so tired from being awake for far too long and even then it's probably just some 'daydreaming' rather than full on sleep.
another thing with stomach sleeping is, it's good for your lungs. i.e its way easyer to breathe in this position for whatever reason. and it does not fuck up your shoulders.
Used to be a stomach sleeper with no pillow, now I sleep on my left side with pillow. That is, until I wake up in the middle of the night to take a leak then I have to go back to bed on my right side, otherwise I can't fall back to sleep.
I sleep on my stomach and it's hard to change mostly due to my insane allergy issues. I will literally wake up choking if I sleep on my back. Thankfully, I already do most of the tips here! My pillow is my only remaining problem 😅
The issue is you gotta take body shapes into account. Not so much static preference as it is pure difference in pressure. Case in point: my girl has a lot of booty. Sleeping on her back throws her spine out so sleeping on her stomach is more comfortable. Girls with large breasts are also probably not going to be comfortable sleeping on their stomachs as much because they'd tilt their back too much. I feel for girls with a lot of both. Just carve a trench in your bed, I guess 🤷🏽♂️
I'm a sleep athlete, I usually start on my left side, roll to my back. My wife has a video of me running in my sleep while on both my side and back. I prefer my left side, but I rarely if ever wake up on my left side. I also tend some how inch my way down the bed, to the point where my head is no longer on a pillow. I'm just weird.
I'm white and i grew up knowing it as crook, but I'm from florida, so take that as you will. P.S. I mostly sleep on my side, with a splash of back, but when i was homeless i would mostly sleep on my stomach.
What is your IQ? You seem so intelligent and unbiased and I enjoy your honest, impartial opinion. I just recently found your videos and I am hooked! Btw, I believe the “crick” or “crook” is more of a colloquialism kind of thing. I’m from Kentucky and it is “crick”.
I always get into bed and lay on my left for a random amount of time before my shoulder starts to almost hurt, then I move to stomach. I shift my head and arms from left to right (one arm almost props up, and not totally flat on the mattress, so that's most likely even worse yet) I've tried staying on a side, or even my back. I've tried no pillow, it's just impossible for me. It's basically I've trained my body to sleep this way, and I'm to thick in the head to change. Nothing else is comfortable, especially the back, that feels wrong, and I can't be on that for longer then ten minutes. I am what you would call, a basket case :P
I'm a side/back sleeper from a "crick" family who is also a "clicker" family (as opposed to a "remote" family). I can attest to the soft mattress being bad juju for the spine spine. Hurts. Do not recommend.
I have definitely heard Southern family members say 'crook". I had learned to say 'kink'. I was not aware of 'crick' as a term used for your neck. Southern family members had a 'crick' out back, but I was told it's pronounced 'creek'. So, I'm guessing it's a regional thing? I was raised in NJ, btw.
I have tried many times to change my sleeping habits but, you're right. I'm not likely to stop stomach sleeping if I haven't by this point in my life. Good on the tips. I find do I am most comfortable at a 45ish degree angle off the bed with my left half on a pillow.
I mostly sleep on my stomach (though I had to stop when I was pregnant) and when I’m on my stomach I tend to sleep with mo pillow under my head and with one leg bent towards my stomach. The direction I have my head twisted is dependent on which leg I have bent. I trade off periodically
I already do the knee trick because it just felt better. Always done that since I was a kid. Cool to know my body was like "let's do this less dumb" the entire time. lol
I sleep on my stomach! I actually sleep with my arms under me though... usually folded under my stomach or my chest depending on the night. My head is usually turned to the left. I also sleep fully under my blanket... like, completely over my head. Actually folded under my head. But I think I'm less of a "stomach sleeper" and more of a... stomach settler? Even if I only sleep for an hour, I always wake up on my back. But I can't fall asleep on my back or side for the life of me. I'll definitely try the knee up thing. And I regularly sleep with my head just off to the side of my pillow. I usually sleep with my head tilted left, with my right cheek just along the edge of my pillow. But I wake up sleeping on my back with my head in the middle of my pillow. I don't get what that's about. Oh, the other reason I sleep on my stomach, other than it being comfortable, is that it stops my stomach from making noises while I'm trying to fall asleep. I don't eat much in the evenings so hearing (and feeling) it complain while I'm falling asleep is awful.
The right side of my face is slimmer than my left side for all the years I sleep on my right cheek. Recently I've taken to swaddling my arms under my hips for my shoulders's sake. I also try being mindful of sleeping on my left cheek for a balanced face.😅
Lying on my stomach always made my spine hurt bad. I have scoliosis, so my back always hurts, but some things hurt more than others. Favorite sleeping position is always on my side with my knees up.
I'm throwin down. Crick is southwest for creek, kink is a bend in something that shouldn't be bent, crook is a thief and or a certain type of staff, i.e. a shepherd's crook. So, I think that kink and crook might describe what you did to your neck, crick might describe the overall problem/feeling/issue you are having. There, 2 cents added. Speaking of cents,.... did you know that due to inflation, 50 Cent had to change his name to Buck Fitty?
I am definitely a stomach sleeper and it's so hard to change lol. So I really appreciate the approach of "here's how to make it SAFER" instead of just "stop sleeping on your stomach". Helps a lot. Will keep it in mind!
I'm not changing it, it's just experience.
L O L the monkey bars took me out 😂

I slide a piece of 2x12 about 3-4 feet long under the mattress at my hips to give extra support at the heaviest part of my body. You can add more thickness if needed.
I'm still hoping you'll go viral! Great video once again. :)
2:52 backward bend (extension) actually puts less pressure on the discs than neutral or flexed
Agree. I slept on my stomach most my life and now my L3 and 4 are screwed. Take care of yourself
Dude, I truly love watching your vids. They are fun and very informative. I am a side sleeper, but I usually start on my stomach for a few minutes first :)
I just discovered your channel yesterday and have watched several of your videos! I can't wait to see you hit a million subs!
Your body is incredibly smart, you should do what causes you the least amount of pain.
I stopped sleeping on my stomach as a kid when i started suffocating myself awake
Dear No,
Please do an episode on agoraphobia.
Yeah, that part and the next have to do with the accident and breaking bones in both the lower back, my neck and pelvis 😩
The head pillow and the leg pillow have to be even once in place, meaning my leg pillow must be a bit higher to begin with (legs are heavier) otherwise migraines abound about 3am.
Anywho, once both are in place, I'm out quickly and I won't move the entire night unless I get hot.
For me side sleeping is far more conducive to a relaxed position of restfulness and free breathing
Have not watched yet but I feel personally attacked by the thumbnail since we’re twinning 😭😂
LOL
Daaaamn i had no idea so many ppl stomach sleepers ?? Feels so counter intuitive. I Can understand side maybe but idk. Been sleeping on my back for many years and I can deff said my health has improved in every way
On the crook/crick thing, I am a white Canadian so definitely not a community error. I always thought/assumed it was crook from having a crooked posture or having the neck bent unproperly (crooked) while sleeping therefor a crook in the neck...Well, the more you know 🤷♂️🧠
Agreed! A crick is a small stream here in U.S.
Good one! Another would talk about why raising the head is a good thing.
Stomach sleeper. Always knee up. My purple mattress and pillow are the most comfortable thing. I hope the sugar episode is in the works.
Dude I just found you! Man damn you got me Rollin & learning at the same time. I didn't think that was possible. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
My parents taught me to say “whepa!” but it’s “opa!”
Stomach sleeper here... under the pillow... escaping from the cares of the world 😊
Man I love this channel so much!!! Great video!
I've ALWAYS done this 4:40 matter of fact, I was in this position while watching this video. I also only use my pillow for watching videos before bed but when I'm about to sleep i sink under the pillow and avoid using it, it's far more comfortable.
Stomach sleeper with one leg up and pillow cuddle. I call it the corpse position
A memory foam neck pillow (like the ones bought at an airport) help give an- almost- massage table effect.
Street Fighter 'Tiger Knee' position for me is the best (to fall asleep, anyway)
another thing with stomach sleeping is, it's good for your lungs. i.e its way easyer to breathe in this position for whatever reason. and it does not fuck up your shoulders.
This position makes my QL act up in 2 min, pain guaranteed for 2 days
I'm like a stomach side sleeper
Stomach sleeper and proud
Used to be a stomach sleeper with no pillow, now I sleep on my left side with pillow. That is, until I wake up in the middle of the night to take a leak then I have to go back to bed on my right side, otherwise I can't fall back to sleep.
I sleep on my stomach and it's hard to change mostly due to my insane allergy issues. I will literally wake up choking if I sleep on my back. Thankfully, I already do most of the tips here! My pillow is my only remaining problem 😅
I always sleep on the side with 1 leg out while hugging a pillow
Side sleeper here, why is sleeping on the floor is so comfortable
stomach sleeper... just for the algorithm
Not me, literally laying on my stomach, knee up, watching this video 😂
I always get into bed and lay on my left for a random amount of time before my shoulder starts to almost hurt, then I move to stomach. I shift my head and arms from left to right (one arm almost props up, and not totally flat on the mattress, so that's most likely even worse yet) I've tried staying on a side, or even my back. I've tried no pillow, it's just impossible for me. It's basically I've trained my body to sleep this way, and I'm to thick in the head to change. Nothing else is comfortable, especially the back, that feels wrong, and I can't be on that for longer then ten minutes.
I am what you would call, a basket case :P
i gave up on pillows and sleep with 2 blankets, one for my "pillow" and one for covering me so i can adjust the size as i twist and turn in my sleep
I say 'crick' but it's cuz of the Genie from Aladdin. "Ten Thousand years will give you such a crick in the neck!"
sometimes I sleep on my front, but I only do it with one leg up and a pillow underneath my chest on that side
I'm a side/back sleeper from a "crick" family who is also a "clicker" family (as opposed to a "remote" family). I can attest to the soft mattress being bad juju for the spine spine. Hurts. Do not recommend.
Wait, i thought I was going to learn how to stop sleeping face down
I have definitely heard Southern family members say 'crook". I had learned to say 'kink'. I was not aware of 'crick' as a term used for your neck. Southern family members had a 'crick' out back, but I was told it's pronounced 'creek'. So, I'm guessing it's a regional thing? I was raised in NJ, btw.
My family said "crick" in the neck.
But we also called a small stream a "crick".
So ... Maybe don't talk like us.
I'm not a stomach sleeper. But I enjoy your content lol
You make learning fun. For any age 😁👍
No I thought it was crook too
Your videos are so good!!!!
I am a back sleeper and a little left side sleeper
I SLEEP ALL THE WAYS
I sleep on my stomach w my head on a sheepskin i’ve had since I was a baby, way better than a pillow!
Lying on my stomach always made my spine hurt bad. I have scoliosis, so my back always hurts, but some things hurt more than others. Favorite sleeping position is always on my side with my knees up.
I am a stomach sleeper. It’s my go to position when I cannot sleep. But I suffer from lower back pain. I may have to stop sleeping on my stomach.
