    You're setting forth a bad precedent. If both the EC and a party do not have the pink sheets, the judgement should be based on the plain and bare facts on the available pink sheets. To suggest a rerun simply because other parties do not have or have lost their pink sheets only opens the door for problems in future, where losing parties may pretend to not have the physical pink sheets and demand a rerun on that pretext. Such a step simply does not encourage a proper keeping and care of records but rewards corruption and losing parties' covert operations with the EC. Parties must bare responsibility for security or otherwise of their pink sheets.

    These people are devils, period. They used intimidating violence to achieve they goal based on the loophole of the law.

    Pathetic npp suppprters who have no shame and speak no truth now turning around to cry wolf.
    Infacr, it is a smalll world so be humble and respect the people who are the source of power.
    Also, the current EC leaders are a mess and a threat to Ghana's peace.
    Reasonable and patriotic citizens of this country will deal with them...

      Indeed, they are aware of the loophole in the law. So, their intent was to intimidate the electoral officer to declare in order to take advantage of the law.
