Honestly, Safeer doesn't deserve either of them. Neither Maha, nor Sumbul. He's an extremely toxic mama's boy who ruined both the girls' lives. I hate his character the most.
Maha is also selfish, she also deserves Karma. She helped Safeer in ruining someone else's life (Sumbul's life). She married and took him with her despite knowing he's already married.
Safeena is the real hero. We absolutely need more female characters with these types of dialogues in every drama of ours, to make our females in society stronger
