@@DriftStar13 I really enjoyed it for her history and facts you gave. I'm also glad she inspired you to do the things you do. If SEGA uses these characters for their original purposes and much greater, I'm pretty sure they'd redesign/revamp them like Toei animation did Broly (example). I'd actually be fine with it (as long as they keep their physical traits Lol).
30:52 Man... I knew about this for quite some time, but I never read the actual issue or even really found any panels depicting this exact moment. Seeing it now... makes me really sad.
I wish that they had her in at least ONE of the video games. Like everyone else says, she was a really well written character. The best part about her was that even though she was a kickass Freedom Fighter, she didn't always have to be like that to be a strong, independent, female character. She was a perfect mix of a feminine, yet badass character. She also had an awesome backstory. That's what made her relationship with Sonic so good (and believable). They had their own personal struggles and strifes that they, more often than not, brought into the relationship. Plus, they both wanted what was best for their friends and family, let alone each other, even though they had different ways of wanting to do that. The relationship with Bunnie and Antoine was nice, but it worked too well. They had an absolutely perfect relationship which (let's be honest) doesn't exist. To me, it felt rushed. Anyway, should they have Sally in a game one day (let alone the new show), I really hope that they stay true to the character she had comics.
10:18 I think you forgot to mention the Sega Mega Drive/Sega Genesis, which was its original target platform in the fall of 1993. The Game Gear version (which didn't come out until the fall of 1994, one year after the 16-bit version) was made because Sega of America cancelled the Western release of Sonic Drift after it was received poorly in Japan and needed another game to take its place. The Master System version is essentially just a port of the Game Gear version made specifically for the European market where the Master System was still popular, though it was one of the last few first-party games released for that console. Also, neither the Game Gear nor the Master System versions feature Sally and the Freedom Fighters. btw, I like Sonic Spinball on the Mega Drive.
I would like to know because I've seen video comics yo comics of this online where she is finally saved from being being roboticized and returned back to normal acting normal is that comic still available
Much better with being dubbed. Personally, I can't identify an accent. You sound like an english native speaker. I advertised you and your video on DeviantArt in the group "American Sonic". Just check out the group's latest journal. You are welcome. PS: the playlist of all episodes of Sonic SatAM that you linked (in the video description), when you click on it, the list is empty.
I guess the videos were taken down. I'll replace the list. As for the group I would prefer to stay away from the Sonic community. I have a very poor opinion of it and I try to stay away as much as I can. No offense. Just bsd experiences.
@@DriftStar13 Well nothing. I didnt mention the video at all. I was curious if there was any hope in that and that you may have heard something. I always stay positive and always bring back the characters through artwork. They will never die in my mind.

Since you may not see my following comment if I answer you directly, I have to post a new comment right below your video. I can understand that very well because it's very similar to me. I just wanted to do you a favor to make your video more popular. Should I delete the journal? In the end it's mostly Sonic fans on the American side who are mainly interested in Sally. It’s amazing how many people remember this character
I feel it will be a lot less in a year or so. I'm certainly moving on from her.
All except Sonic itself
At 45:43 I was shocked by Julian Robotnik’s voice actor reprising his role in this video thank you.
He's still great. I love his delivery.
You really did your homework. This is an awesome video.
Glad you like it! Basically the result of hyperfocus on a character that gavecme comfort for years.

Must've taken a lotta effort for making the video. Good job!
Thanks, man! Glad to have closed this chapter.
The "evil" music you played over Sonic Armageddon was so fitting. Also, I like your voice. Thanks for the narration. :D
This is so awesome thank you dear amazing job you know.

They actually did put her and the other Freedom Fighters in Spinball, but those were only small cameos during a bonus game.
I love Sally
Praying for a miracle for rally4sally.

She's dead, Jim.

I think the background music is too loud here. It’s drowning out your voice.
Oh shucks, sorry!

Were those the actual voice actors for the SatAM characters?

Yes, it's called Archie Sonic Online, and it's absolutely to free to read it online.
Okay, thanks.
C'mon y'all! Let's rally for Sally!
This was a well made documentary :)
I love Sally acorn
I wish SEGA would quit sleeping on Sally, Bunnie, Rotor, and Antoine.
Me too, I want Sally acorn, back. I love to see her back
So,you're the person who created Sally exe
Unfortunately. I remember writing out the whole story on an analysis video of the story.

Huh? What does that have to do with this video? If there are rumors of the Freedom Fighters being in it they are 100 % wrong. They're gone for good.
