      You don't. They won't cook. But, if you bring them to the surface, they probably wouldn't survive due to the lack of pressure.

    I know it’s been three years since this video but can anybody explain to me why those creatures have that color? like pale colors n stuff

      Because the sunlight light cannot penetrate that deep into the ocean only a minimum amount of spectral light could go that deep in the ocean so most of the plants and animals are of red or pale colours
      This is the limited knowledge I got about it .

      They don’t need to protect their organs from light so they lack color

      Actually this is the perfect place for life to begin without a god. Minerals and components of basic forms of life could use the chemical and heat energy to kickstart organic processes.
