Thx buddy
Might you talk about the news 186 DE processing times?
There is nothing really to talk about, apart from it is slow and delayed
I dont understand they kept on hiring...too many graduates and cert 111 and 1V and Bachelors
I would like to take this opportunity to talk about "aged care labour agreement". In my view this aged care labour agreement /482 visa in aged care is a hoax. Now I am not sure how aged care companies are planning to execute their sponsorship plans but there is something fishy going on. I can say from my personal experience, my wife studied cert 3 in aged care in Australia and currently working in aged care facility. We have approached many aged care providers who are enlisted in aged care labour agreement with government. But they clearly says, "they will only sponsor who are nurses ( RN/EN) but as a PCA( personal care assistant)". Now I don't understand how they will hire quilified EN/ RN as PCA or which nurses wants to be PCA if they studied in Australia. In this case aged care Companies can hire some nurses only from outside Australia and I think they are doing this eventually. But they are not going to sponsor who are in Australia and did cert 3 or cert 4 in aged care eventhough aged care labour agreement clearly says certificate 3/4 holders are eligible to get sponsorship. If anyone have any information give a shout about this aged care hoax.
