You have to be level 50 and its X X X Y Y

My friend said he beat the ice king insane mode under 10 minutes with 2 other friends is this cap or no?
This dude beat it in 8 minutes. I beat it in 5 minutes with my friends on insane mode. It probably isn’t cap.
