Lol, kind of same here.😅I have quite healthy habits over all though, but those little treats are hard to quit. I keep blaiming "it's such nice weather, lets enjoy it", then it's "it's such lousy weather, I deserve a little pick up"..😂
Love the scheduling it/ writing it down tip! I do this already and it REALLY helps. I love my lists, especially so I can feel accomplished when I cross things off. I need to clean out and I'm struggling with that. Not great at getting rid of things, but I'm working on it. Thanks for this Fall Reset inspiration Tracy!!
I'm allll about the organization! I have my work list on paper as I love to cross off things, and all my appts, and home stuff on a app in my phone. If it's not written down, it won't get done, unless I do it immediately. I'm also all about keeping my home organized. I've honed this over many years and only have parts of the basement and to reorganize the garage. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to reorganize my hubby home office... a bomb went off in there! 🤦♀️🙄 But the main floor is done. And I go through everything about every 6 months and make sure there is nothing we're not using. It truly keeps me sane! ❤
@@TracyCampoli felt exactly the same as you, summer holidays with my 5 year old, routine lost, away for summer holidays, ate rubbish and so glad to be home, also menopausal and feel rubbish from routine gone, workouts sporadic, felt sad about my daughter going back to school, but also relieved . Mum guilt. This was a good reminder we all feel the same and it’s ok to need to start again right ?! Xx
Your daughter's closet! I'm dying 😂 She even has a place for her sunglasses and handbag collection! I'm jealous! lol Too cute! 🥰 I'm with you...I crave my routine after a long vacation. Even as much as I love to travel, I find that after about 2 weeks I really am craving structure too. Great video! Thank you!
