In the video, we were trying to record the noise from the Onkyo A7 integrated amp. Which is one of the common problem of vintage equipment. Constants switch noise and other electrical noise. However, it didn't make noise when were doing the video. Here is the link to a video showing the Onkyo A7 vintage integrated amp making cracking noise from the right speaker.

What a fun video - thanks for letting us into your Toy House. What an eclectic collection of toys. And thanks to the volunteer cameraperson.
What other audio designers would show a full tour? - they would just show their fancy stuff… no roadkill speakers or scratchy old receivers. They would want to keep up appearances and most of them would be afraid of what people might think.

I really appreciate that you brought up the affect dirty laundry has on the SQ of a room, I wouldn't of thought of that, also, that was the single most admirable toilet I've ever seen.

Re: the unknown RCA turntable (record player)
Found one with that cabinet on Kajiji, but it was sold a long time ago and the listing was gone. Wrong tonearm, though.
Just looking at it's styling, I'd put it a bit earlier than what you believe. I'd say it's probably from the 1930's, judging from it's plain cabinetry and most definitely the tonearm style. By the 1940's, they were using the stamped metal tonearms. Also, it's JUST the record player, no radio or front speaker like so many others of it's era. This had to be either an add-on or something that the original purchaser had to decide on what they really wanted to hear due to budget constraints.
Having looked through over a decade of RCA service manuals (1929-1942) over at worldradiohistory (forward slash archive-rca forward slash rca-service), it seems that this is probably an amalgam of old turntable parts placed in the RCA cabinet from probably the '20s or '30s, most likely what would have been a "farm" oriented unit - not flashy or ornate, but well constructed for little money. I cannot find that tonearm, Nothing in the RCA pdfs look like it.
So, it still remains a mystery, but it is a cool piece of "ancient artifact".
