Just installed the E20 using POE and NDI. Great support from AVKANS. Also bought a CM20 as the main cam. Results are going to he awesome. Thanks for your continued help of online ministries.
Thanks, excellent camera, I have 2 of them and am buying one more soon for our church. I've had a couple of questions and have to say AVKANS support is great.
AJay, timing is great! Talking about a picture or video speaking a thousand words, this is it. - Our Media Director needs budget for regular maintenance & refresh, after a 4-5year initial investment. Duck Tape can only go so far. - I look forward to reviewing the AV-E20 PTZ specifications, so I can present an unbiased opinion. Thanks for sharing, AJay & Avkans! FYI: I’m a Big … “NDI” fantastic additions
Thank you, Sir. This has been a great help to me. I also learned how to connect the joy stick from another video of yours. Question: do you ]have one on how to connect sound? Our church needs a new sound system and at the moment we are using Iriun on a cell phone. It seems to work the best.
I have this camera and love it once we finally got it working with joystick. We are an all Mac ministry. So just to be clear I will need to use the windows one more time just to get in to cmos and after update I can go to web from then on?
Expensive one: support broadcasting rate like 59.94fps, 29.97fps, support audio embeded on HDMI, SDI, IP/NDI Outputs. Identical to PTZ**tics Camera. Budget one: doesn't support broadcasting rate. Support audio embeded on IP/NDI output ONLY.
HELLO I RECENTLY BOUGHT AN AVKANS NDI CAMERA, 20X zoom 3G-SDI HDMI PTZ ON AMAZON FOR MY CHURCH BUT I HAVE A QUESTION IS THIS CAMERA COLD RESISTANT BECAUSE IN THE CHURCH THE HEATING IS NOT TURNED ON UNLESS THERE IS SERVICE AND IN THIS STATE OF MASSACHUSETTS IT IS VERY COLD I DON'T WANT MY CAMERA TO BE DAMAGED BY THE COLD I HOPE FOR YOUR REPLY THANK YOU VERY MUCH ATT: DANNY DIAZ
I just received and am trying to install this camera NDI-E20-20X. I know NOTHING about networking and I am totally lost. The CMS software did discover the camera, but the camera shows as disconnected and entering the shown IP address as a URL does not find anything. I also bought the JOY joystick and it can not find the camera. Both are set to DHCP but the camera is in hiding. Do you have a video out for a total NOOB, or would you suggest I call AVKANS? Thank you !
The bottom of the CMS software should show you what it's current address is. Do the first 3 groups of numbers match your computer's up address numbers? I've xxx.xxx.xxx.???
@@AJaytheCEO Well, I've learned something already! I was showing the laptop IP as 192.168.1.47 and the first 3 groups did match the camera, but that was the wireless IP. The Ethernet IP is 169.254.149.221 (I didn't know there were 2 IPs) I changed the camera to static 169.254.149.222 and the CMS software does now show as "connected" but I can not control the camera or see the camera on the CMS software. I wish AVKANS had a simple setup video or text. Thank you for getting me this far and for any other suggestions you may have.
169.254.xxx.xxx means that port is not getting an ip address. The wireless will work as well. The CMS camera app should still see the cameras and let you set the IP address to your proper ip address range from your router.

Remark: Panorama function is for the Professional auto tracking camera which it is dual lens tracking camera.
Ok thank you for that
Nice! I need to update firmware. I haven't since purchase last year! Thanks Ajay I needed this video!
Glad it was helpful!
I'm looking at the download page now and they have a link for the MacOS version of the CMS.

Connecting sound to the camera? If so not directly but I talk about how to do it in any of my ptz review videos
What PTZ camera would you recommend for a wide angle shot? I keep a wide angle shot for most of my livestream and zoom in when there’s a speaker
How far away is the camera from the pulpit?
@@AJaytheCEO hi! I am about 200 - 300’ away
That is pretty far. 30x or more would be needed but I do not know of anything higher than 30X
@@AJaytheCEO thank you so much!

That is correct
What's the difference between the Avkans E20 NDI version compared to the other Avkans NDI version that costs a couple hundred dollars more?
Mainly the build quality and materials on the outer casing

I updated the firmware and now having some problems. I would like to get some help even if it means resetting. I love the Avkans.
What problems are you having?
I am unable to see videos or access camera with ip address. Can see video on zoom or vMix.
@AJaytheCEO Thank you someone from Avkan has reached out to me.

Can you access AI autotracking via web interface?
Yes you can
