Is this Fred Taylor's son? I don't know much about him, but he might not be better than Alex Collins. Never heard of Luis Lopez.
A lot of people think Alex Collins is far and away the best RB in the state among the seniors. There are some insane juniors like Sony Michel and Dalvin Cook.
