At the time of company incorpottion in january 2023 we took EPF registration for company through AGILPRO because it was mandatory. Now we received a mail from epfo-portal saying no compliance filled till date of incorporation. Do i have to file nil return because company didn't reach the limit of epf?

Mam jab new employee ko month khatam hone se pahle yani 2 se 3 din pahle agar add kiya hun to uska pf return file full month kiya jaye ya fir.. Only jabse joining hua hai tab se... Ya only 2 se 3 days ka hi file koya jaye...? Please reply mam 🙏

2016 se 2018 ka eps contribution employer ne EPS ac mai deposit kar diya service 20 yrs hai 2018 ko retire hua pf office ne claim 19 settle kar diya lekin ab 10D reject ho raha hai y reson se k 2016 to 18 eps contribution not deposited follow with employer tho is 2 yrs ka eps contribution kaise file kare online

Mera employee hain 11 usme se 4 kaam karta hain. To return file kaise karen? 7 to wages file karen aur nil 4 file karen? Matlab 4 *75 ?

Kab tak nill return file kar sakte , kyukii gst me 6 month Tak nill return karne par notice aa rhi to kya epfo me bhi aisa koi rule hai
