- Setting up the Pixoo sling bag is easy, just follow these steps:
1. Install the Divoom mobile APP from the APP store or Google Play.
2. Connect the Pixoo Slingbag with a power bank(not included), and pair it in the APP
3. Have fun!

just receive mine, so, to turn it off we must remove the powerbank, right? isn't there a stand by mode?
Hi there, power off= unplug the power bank (unless you have one of these: amzn.to/2Tdn97U). If you only want the screen to be off, you can toogle the screen in the APP > Channel > Full panel lighting
My phone couldn't connect to the bag's Bluetooth, and neither could the other. And I couldn't find a solution on the official website.

Also some photos i see on the app look cool but qhen i put them onto the bat it doesn't show the whole pixle art and is just a few dots and not as detailed
I connected it and then all of a sudden it turned off and won’t connect back and the screen is off. What should I do?
Try a different USB powerbank. If it doesn't work, contact support@divoom.com (or the staff from the seller store).
this bag is so fragile. i just bought it for 1 week. and the side was torn. the bag is suck
Do you have to reset your art every time you turn it on or off or can I keep it the same?
If you save/upload your art in the custom channel to the bag, they will be saved regardless the power ON/OFF cycle.
Does it drain battery quickly?
What is the power draw like?
it's actually really good, I've got a rubbish battery pack that'll only charge your phone to 10 percent in like an hour. but I've been able to power it with that for plenty of time.
Is it possible that this is sync with music?
The sling bag does not have the music visualizer function, as it will require a built-in Mic.

No it doesn't, but it works with most power bank, so you would be able to use it with your existing ones. A fully charged 5000mAh power bank can last more than 10 hours.
