i wnt to unlock my oneplus 7 pro fingerprint sensor is disabled and cant run factory reset from find my device , down volume key is broken cant run hard reset could help me with any other option....

I think if there is any no major issue, bro, you visit once OnePlus service centre, they might fix for free. It may be any motherboard issue. Then it will be cost high amount. Even I had the same issue for the Redmi note 6 Pro, there was no data required, so I reset the mobile after that, there was no issue of. If you don’t have any important data. You could just simply reset means factory reset
