Control time doesn't mean he was using the time wisely to be honest. Dulgarian was purposly playing the clock in that fight and I think the Judges were also pissed off that Dulgarian wasn't really making an effort to actually fight rather than doing this jiu jitsu bullshit for 2 straight rounds. I get that Dulgarian looked more dominant but he was really wasting time in this fight and he could have just boxed him and had a knockout but he chose to play the clock on the mat.
