I’m really sorry to hear this. MW has been my favorite gunpla retailer for a few years but yeah, I haven’t been buying much gunpla lately for obvious economic reasons.

I'm so sorry to see things change so negatively. It's crazy how things have been changing economically, we've for sure felt it in the southwest with the price of mcdonalds even hitting over double digit prices 😅 I super hope things get better, I love mechawarehouse

I'm so sad to see so many people leave and the cancelation of NEMECH. I was really looking forward to going to that this year. I completely understand the reasons and all, but man does it make me sad. I had purchased a kit that I was going to give to Patrick the next time I was able to get into the area for some kits. How would I be able to get that to him now? Would I be able to leave it there are the warehouse and have him pick it up at some point?
Hoping for the best for MW. The economy has definitely hit me and most of my other gunpla building friends and its rough out here.

I am newer to the community, but try to catch you as often as I can on the Saturday live stream. This is incredibly brave to put this out there and having been on both sides of layoffs. It’s never easy and you always need a few days after to just recoup and let the dust settle. Praying for peace with you and your family for an increase in the business to get it in a self sustaining position. And whatever that looks like. Good video proud of you for making the decision to put the family and yourself first that will serve everyone better long-term. Hopefully, see you Saturday on the live stream.

You guys have been a blessing for me when I couldn’t find any local places to be able to buy kits after moving that wasn’t a B&N, let alone the selection of kits. Even better when I saw I could do in store pick up. I really appreciate you guys and hope MW turns around soon!

Sorry to hear things have taken such a stressful turn. Patrick leaving MW is like the end of an era for all the obvious reasons but I feel like Kayla and Alex have also had a big impact on the MW community lately as well. Wish all three all the best wherever they end up next. Also hope you find your "zen" and balance again and can get back to enjoying the business.

MW has outstanding customer service. No other company reaches out by email or text as often as you guys. Also response times are very fast when reaching out about an order or question. I look to your store first when buying gunpla, tools, and accessories. I hope business picks up soon for you.

We've had some very candid conversations with our team. It's always their choice, but those that are around seem resolved to stick around long enough to figure out what's next and what that looks like. Transparency is hard, but I'd rather do that than make something up.
The deadly cobra must first coil back before it lunges forward with its venomous fangs. Re-organize and re-focus towards a new perspective. Take all the time you need brother.

Sorry things haven't gone as planned. I, like many others, have felt the economic crunch and as such, have decreased my purchases to maybe a kit a month. Still wish I could get more, but I'll stay buying from you as long as I'm able. Hope things improve for you soon.

Nick it is nothing that you can do sadly to change the situation as dollars just not going as far due to the crazy inflation. Now is the time to focus on what you do best and balkanize yourself and Mecha Warehouse around those activities and products. We are all struggling around here and really wish only the best for you and MW.
