The SSS website crashed when I attempted to upload my supporting documents, yet my application went through without my documents and I was still issued an SSS number. But since I'm unverified, it won't let me register for an account. I always get an error email saying that I can't register due to my membership status. They're not responding to my emails and I assume that I need to go to the SSS branch to submit my documents, right? So how am I supposed to go the branch when a registered account is required to make an appointment in the first place?

Hi sir regarding po dito sa E4 form for updating phone number kapag nakapag filled up need po ba talaga walk in? Wala po bang tru online transaction? Hi sir! Nagreregister po ako ng sss number online/E-1 pero hindi nalitaw yung mga choices sa 'select province' halos 30 minutes nako naghihintay magloading, ano kayang problema? Nag register po ako sa SSS online peru regret po dahil SS NUMBER already registered kahit ind kapa nakapa registered kasi nung nag paregister ako ind ko po na update yung mobile number ko kaya pina update ko muna at after na update pina registered ko ulit peru SS number already registered naman yung reply ulit
Yung PRN ko po hindi pa nakarecord daw sa SSS. Tiningnan ko po yung resibo pero wala namang nakalagay na transaction reference number katulad ng sa video mo po. Pa help po Sir. 🙏

Nag create ako ng online account sa Pag Ibig at walang kahirap hirap. Hi po question lang sir. Kasi hindi po mairegister sa web ung acct ni papa as pensioner. Nagpaupdate po ako sa branch at nagsubmit ng E4 pero ang sabi daw po hnd na pwede magkaonline ang pensioner kasi may final claim na. Nasa website po kasi ang pension loan at change of disbursement account. Pinagpipilitan po ng kabilang branch na need ionline. Pero sa kabilang branch hindi na daw po pwede gumawa ng username sa website. Naguguluhan na po ako.. pahelp po please :( need po namin maayos ung disbursement acct ni papa.

Hello po sir, ask ko lang po about sa pagkuha ng ss no. kasi po nagregistered po ako october last year, tapos po nagemail naman sila sakin ng user id at pinapapalitan password para sa online acc kaso po wala naman silang binigay na transaction details and ss no. Nagtry po ulit ako mag fill up kaso po sa email ang sabi has already used, okay lang po ba na ituloy ko pagreregistered ng bago? Gamit isa ko pa na email? Hindi po kaya madodoble since last year ko pa naman sya ginawa? Sana po masagot, badly needed para sa trabaho😥 Thankyou po!
