@@numbersandreality I'm sure you laugh about this, even though you know about Windows being spyware and it sending all your data to not just Microsoft but also third party data collection companies, because you don't care about your privacy. You think China could never happen here. You ignore any problematic incidents like the Truckers in Canada getting their bank accounts frozen or the that individual who got his smart home shut down, because the delivery guy thought he heard him say something not woke. Even if you are a dirty console peasant you have to be careful now, because the Xbox network thingy bans you for "hate speech", which is getting redefined like every few months. So there is nothing I can do for you. An addict must admit he's an addict first before anyone can help him. Why do I tell people then? Well, if you have paid attention you noticed that I got two likes already. Which isn't much of course, but it shows that I'm not alone and it encourages others to push back as well. If enough people leave the video right the moment Windows shows up the creator can see that in the analytics even. What you do is up to you of course. I can't make you stop using Windows, and there are always excuses like "I would have lost my job", "everybody did it" and my personal favorite "I was just following orders".
Im using windows strictly ergonomically for video capture because I have the drives there.. Like I run all three OS daily... but this is running WSL and native Linux (its just on a windows around it) Like I am 100% a mac fan boy and not a fan of windows myself but don't get this hate? but I'll switch now to mac or a vm that does not show the host OS I guess... Just don't get how that impacts the video?
