I went to the game. Everton were absolutely awful too imo which just shows you how poor we were. Had chances and blew them. We have no fight and the tactics were completely off.. no ambition -Waste of money and time! Can’t see where the next point is coming from. But we will still all turn up .. more you can say than the players.

West Ham fan TV, for Everton's second goal it just weren't kouyate thought for the second goal. Creswell was not in position which allowed the cross. Once the cross was delivered obiang just cocked a leg out and his positioning was wrong. Yes kouyate didn't track Rooney. But there was another player at the back post after Rooney. So it weren't just kouyate thought. It was 2/3 other players thought as well.

We've got too many players not performing each week. Any half decent team playing well can afford to have one or two players out of form but not more than that. Yes tactics are called into question but its the players individual performances that are lacking. I sound like a broken record but its defence, defensive midfield, lack creativity, can't cross a ball, forwards static/out of position or just not hungry enough. Overall commitment shocking. I can't blame the board for that, nor Does as he's just come in. This is a player issue that's been going on way too long. Too many individual errors, lacking confidence and lost in the tactical plan for each game. We definitely need fighters and shouters in there to give them all a verbal slap, we need leaders to encourage and pull us together when we're struggling. We need all of that but no one is delivering at the moment. Totally gutted!!! Nothing more to say!!

Unfortunately Both the Board and Bilic have some how conspired to create the second oldest, and The Slowest first team in the premiership (a league where pace is everything!!). So basically in my opinion unless we change allot about the first team we are definitely doomed to Championship football. The only thing i believe we must do therefore is bring allot of the youth team into play (Holland, Brown, Rice, The lad with the long name who is supposed to be one of Europe’s best young players, Martinez and ide back back Oxford, Burke Cullen etc from their loans) there is no doubt that because of our pre Christmas schedule we will lose further games by playing the youth during this period but they will add pace, hart, energy, and importantly have a will to do well (something that is sadly missing amongst many of the current first team). I agree with virtually all of your comments but the one about not criticising Moyes yet? I’m sorry but he has now had three games against lower to mid table opposition and out of a possible 9 points he has managed to get us only 1. Along with Goals for 1 against 7. Where is the new manager bounce? Against Everton we played the same crap system along with the same crap players that even Bilic realised didn’t work weeks ago and who had started to play a back three and two up front, so Moyes is playing an old and failed Bilic system, we are also playing slow crap football out of defence like Bilic, poor striker choices, like Bilic, so is Moyes another Bilic? I believe the facts say so far that he is and this will be disastrous for the club (we took to long to sack the original, and now we appear to have replaced him with another Turkey!!!). Moyes needs to pull his finger out, pull youth into the team, and get the players to attack with pace. Honestly Kouyate is one of the worst players I have ever seen play football, he makes us so easy to predict when we attack as no-one wants to pass to him and he's never available to pass to as he's always up front for the long ball, when he is on the ball he's fucking awful. He makes us so susceptible to the counter attack as we only ever have one man back in obiang rather than the two required (especially when we already have shit defenders). I know most people will say it's about the team not one man, but with him we may as well be playing with ten men. Put someone like Fernandes or Rice in the team and at least we'd be able to play some cohesive football and be able to pass from the back and get it into the final third.
