Design must be out standing fully admired by people. I think you try more best we should not leave any lacks for gulf countries to point out us ...what do you say commenters ???
No offense but, tough the design scheme is good but lacks a lot of details. One shall not place some SketchUp blocks and make a walkthrough on lumion. masing and intentions are quite rigid and practical but the landscape is so undeveloped. I was really expecting much better work at such a scale from Team One and iammies.

Hence why it is called concept not detailed design. We were fed back by the authorities.
Why are you wasting money and time. At least try now better tahn gulf countries 1st and 2 are too bad. Logos are very worst design
