  • John Njoroge Michuki was a man not known to stop at anything until he achieved whatever he had set out to, especially during his long and illustrious career in public service. He will be remembered most for bringing sanity to a largely chaotic public transport sector, by enforcing the so-called Michuki rules, something he did almost without breaking a sweat. But as Sylvia Chebet reports, despite leaving an impressive mark on Kenyans, Michuki's career in public service was not without blemish
