is medium consistency icing easy to dry so I can already add other details on the cookie?
You should wait for it to crust over if you don’t want your details to sink and blend in with the other icing

Надежда ваши пряники бесподобны . Мк понятны. Все супер. Подскажмте пожалуйста. Делаю глазурь по вашему рецепту. Она замечательная. В роботе чудесная. Но иногда стает при высыхании прозрачными пятнами. Причем больше двух дней она не хранится. С одного замеса одни получаются нормальные другие пятнами. Что это может быть? Влажность влияет? Может не нужно подсушивать в духовке? Помогите советом пожалуйста. Спасибо
Причин может быть несколько.. Может проявится масло если оно не совсем масло. Попробуйте перед нанесением айсинга проложить печенье бумажными полотенцами и оставить на ночь. Вторая причина - влажность. И я не совсем поняла про духовку. Если духовка с конвекцией, есть движение воздуха, тогда это уместно.
