Great little Su Chef 👩🏼🍳💕
Did you use salted or unsalted butter? Also is that all purpose flour or self rising? 😊 🙏 thank you!
@@SlagleFoods thank you so much! I will definitely try this recipe. I was going to do this one first but wasn’t sure about the ingredients you used so I went with another video, which I regret now because after I fried my doughnuts they soaked up so much grease! I could have squeezed a doughnut and got a cup of grease out of each one. I don’t know what I did wrong? Do you have any suggestions on that? I know it wasn’t your recipe but I don’t want to make that same mistake when I make yours! Which is what I’m definitely going to do next!
@@healthhollow7218 Make sure your oil is 375 F. If your oil temperature is too low, the dough will sit there and soak up grease. Also, when you pull them out, put them on paper towels or a cooling rack so the grease drips off and doesn't soak back into the donut.
@@SlagleFoods that makes sense! I appreciate the advice more than you know. I will definitely do that next time. I think I was so afraid of frying them so fast that I let them soak in the grease slowly instead of getting it done quick! Thank you so much😊🙏
