Sir as i know, faridabad good sectors like 21 ,15,16,46 are charm here , people are having life here and Delhi and guru gram is gas chambers now, quality of living is very much better and moreover rates and standard of living is improved by leaps and bounds, connectivity to noida, Delhi and gurugram is plus point, i have residence in Delhi and faridabad aswell but truly speaking the quality of life in faridabad is way better and we all earn for better living experience to enjoy life . 🙏

I think refugees point is wrong in delhi majority of South Delhi posh area as well as West area own by Refugees . Even in Gurgaon majority of city population is refugees from partition. Gurgaon is just preferred by Dlf .

Noida is better in terms of local transport but abhi bhi 9 bje ke baad aap gaur city ko chhod do kuch nahi hai. ggn n Noida se zyda acha mjhe Fbd laga in terms of affordablilty and location, sabse acha Local transport is available at any time. Sir ek middle class family ke liye 12 lakh toh 18 month ki salary hoti h. aapka ye kehna ki difference nhi raha isse m agree nahi krta.

Lot of people r buying in greater Faridabad due to low cost and big size. But the major problem in Faridabad is that you cannot even step out of your society. No doubt some socities are relatively well made but There is zero development outside the society. If u want to spend all your time inside your house and socity and dont got out for anything, then go ahead. I think those people who have taken house were in some urgent need to shift somewhere at low cost. They will also feel happy for some time in naherpur societies because any new house feels good for some time but later they will realise that there is no city life there.
